- Each CDC Director serves a three year term beginning in January. Any individual, corporation, partnership, association or entity of the City of Cozad who is actively involved in business or in a business immediately surrounding Cozad shall be eligible to be a board member.
The board member shall able to vote and hold office and shall have all rights and privileges conferred upon a member of the Corporation.
